      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze existing financial and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose optimizations
      - Collaborate with state functional managers and business analysts to enhance Child Support systems
      - Design intuitive workflows and system enhancements for complex financial operations
      - Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather and document business and functional requirements
      - Provide regular status updates on assigned tasks to the State Functional Manager

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with Child Support systems
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial operations including receipts, distributions, and reconciliations
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with workflow design and system enhancement
      - Bachelor's degree required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS)
      - Experience with Microsoft Test Manager
      - Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
      - Preference for a degree in Finance or Information Technology
