      Job Description
      C-edge is seeking a Business Analyst (technical) to contribute to the success of our newly awarded Information Technology Support Services for the US Army Reserve, 88th Readiness Division contract for an on-site role at Fort McCoy, WI.

      The Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for business Analytics, business process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, business intelligence tool implementation (Power BI, Tableau, or similar), as well as process improvement, system implementation, and business transformation support.

      The Business Analyst will work directly with G6 stakeholders at Fort McCoy to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop data-driven recommendations that support 88th RD mission readiness.

      Duties and Responsibilities
      • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation sessions.
      • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements.
      • Develop business cases and propose solutions for process improvements.
      • Create data analysis reports and present findings to stakeholders.
      • Support system implementation and business transformation initiatives.
      • Maintain adaptability to changing business needs and proactively learn new tools and technologies.
      • All other duties as assigned.

      Qualifications
      • 2-3 years of relevant business analysis experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practices.
      • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or similar).
      • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
      • Experience with process modeling and workflow tools.
      • Proven ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; elicit and document business requirements.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and present to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
      • Solid understanding of business operations, processes, and industry trends.
      • The ability to obtain and maintain a NACI (or higher) clearance which requires US Citizenship.

      Requirements

      Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited university; 2-3 years of relevant equivalent experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.


      Certifications/Training
      • DoD Cyber Awareness Training (required prior to network access and annually thereafter; IAW DoDD 8140.01/DoDM 8140.03/AR 25-2)
      • AT Level I Awareness Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
      • iWATCH Army Training (within 30 calendar days of performance start)
      • ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) registration required

      Other Requirements:
      • Travel requirements vary (5-20%) annually

      Physical Requirements:

      Employees must be able to sit at a workstation for extended periods of time. They should be able to use their hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, as well as reach with their hands and arms. The ability to talk, see, and hear is also required. Employees must be capable of working on a desktop or laptop computer for long duration. Occasionally, they may need to lift and move moderate amounts of weight, typically no more than 20 pounds. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
