- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with global Operations teams to understand their processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Current-State Analysis: Document and map existing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Business Requirements Documentation: Develop and document comprehensive business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
- User Stories Development: Work with stakeholders to document user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, facilitating clear communication to the development team for implementation.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work closely with the Product Manager to maintain a robust product roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Requirements Prioritization: Analyze and prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility.
- Project Management Support: Collaborate with the Delivery Manager to define project scope, create high-level project plans, and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
- Liaison Role: Serve as a bridge between business representatives and technical teams during the development process, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications.
- Testing Coordination: Implement system testing protocols and coordinate user acceptance testing to verify that business requirements are met.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, particularly within product or technology-focused environments.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps for managing requirements, acceptance criteria and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in executive-level presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Highly developed negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building skills.
