What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct requirements analysis and testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Provide business management functions including budgeting, financial analysis, and planning
- Lead project meetings and coach Development Team Members in an Agile environment
- Manage and create project plans using Jira, ensuring timely updates and reports
- Document feedback and provide technical support for team members regarding FAA Networks
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with a major including at least 24 semester hours in relevant fields and 15 years of relevant experience
- PMP certification is required
- AWS Cloud certification is required
- Experience using Jira to manage projects
- Expert knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and Agile environments

- Proven experience in managing complex projects in safety-critical systems
- Familiarity with logistics support and operational controls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
