Job Description

- Maintaining and building a proprietary database of industry contacts
- Developing and conducting prospecting campaigns through digital media, outbound calling, in-person meetings and industry events
- Demonstrating creativity, persistence and credibility in reaching out to Owners, Operators and C-Suite leadership
- Establishing rapport based on trust and respect with the key decision maker at software companies that fit our acquisition criteria
- Gathering, analyzing and presenting target company information to the M&A team and company executives
- Assisting in the later stages of the process as appropriate: e.g. supporting due diligence, assisting with Investment Memorandum, providing continuity of relationship etc
- Excellent academic performance in an undergraduate degree from an accredited North American college or South American university
- Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese would be considered a plus
- Demonstrated success in prior roles involving outreach to and engagement with senior executives.
- Confident and professional presentation skills regardless of the stakeholder level

M&A Relationship Managers represent the front-end of Volaris Group’s acquisition activities - responsible to establish contact and build relationships with CEOs and owners of established software companies.
THE POSITION
We are looking for a Relationship Manager to focus on select verticals in North and South America.
