What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert across various markets, including Energy, Federal, Environmental, Rail, and Water
- Advise technical teams and project leads during client pursuits, leveraging business development strategy expertise
- Lead initiatives such as outbound client capture plans, intelligence gathering, go/no-go decisions, and interview preparation
- Collaborate with technical leaders, marketing, and client experience resources to develop effective business development strategies
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of business development strategies aligned with the firm's goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, communications, public relations, engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in an architectural, engineering, or contractor business development role
- Existing relationships and local knowledge in Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, and California
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations through excellent project management and technical expertise
- Ability to travel 50-60% throughout the Southwestern United States
