What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends
- Report on and create business cases related to new sales opportunities
- Analyze industry trends, competitor performance, and consumer behavior, communicating findings to key stakeholders
- Coordinate deal evaluations and post-event retrospectives across teams
- Manage, track, and report on pipeline development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
- Critical thinking with proficiency in research and analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-5 years of previous relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in integrated business management and CRM software, such as Salesforce
- Competency in researching sales leads and creating business cases
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative
