What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and maintain data ingestion processes, data models, and report visualizations within BI platforms
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for business stakeholders
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to existing reports or solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data visualization and process automation needs
- Create supporting documentation for new BI solutions, processes, and reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of application reporting and development experience
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization and reporting tools
- Reporting experience with Salesforce, Intacct, Jira, Wrike, or similar business systems
- Strong technical expertise in data analysis and effective communication skills
- Ability to work within an agile framework and track work tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in data modeling and analysis using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
- Experience with the Microsoft Fabric ecosystem
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in querying databases for data extraction and manipulation
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft Certified: Power BI, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
- Experience in programming languages relevant to business systems (C#, JavaScript, HTML)
