Job Description
- Req#: 26-07412
- Develop, implement, and manage robust and scalable ETL pipelines.
- This includes the ingestion, transformation, and modeling of high-volume, real-time data from various sources:
- Telematics Control Units (TCUs) and test devices, carrier connectivity logs, and provisioning systems.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Develop and maintain critical visualizations and dashboards using tools like Databricks or Looker that provide real-time insights into:
- Network availability, latency, and throughput.
- Carrier cost analysis and spend optimization.
- Connectivity usage trends across the fleet.
- Deep Dive Analytics:
- Conduct complex ad-hoc analysis to troubleshoot network anomalies, diagnose recurring connectivity failures, and investigate data usage irregularities.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation for data models, schema, and metric definitions, ensuring data literacy across the organization.
- Background/knowledge in Computer Science, Applied Math, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant industry experience with 6+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker.
- High proficiency in SQL and debt.
- Experience building dimensional models.
- Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.
- Dbt Certification.
- Experience working with Airflow.
- Analytics Engineering background.
- Background in Analytics Engineering focusing on infrastructure, networking, or telecommunications data.
