Job Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a data-driven critical thinker to support the portfolio management team in defining compelling insights that direct decision-making for SKUs across the device management group. The successful Business Operations Analyst will have a firm grasp on the supply chain and merchandising process to develop, manage and present advanced reporting dashboards to key stakeholders. In this role, you will: Manage inventory analytics and reporting; Own, update, and manage device SKU master data across the data life cycle; Oversee the portfolio and rationalization process; Ensure data and process integrity to uphold requirements and expectations. Support internal requirements discovery sessions and help guide business requirements and key performance indicators. Generate customized mobile device analytics to drive improved portfolio decisions Data capture: define requirements, manage complex tasks, prioritize resources, QA, execute, and communicate back to stakeholders. Produce dashboards: Manage self-serve function of analytics tools. Be able to explain the content of dashboards to stakeholders so that they can interpret data on their own and develop their hypotheses. Produce deep dives with insights, recommendations, and hypotheses: Become an expert in our business, our products, and our data to help us understand how we are performing and how we can do better. Use data to tell a compelling story and influence us to act to improve results and inform product development. Skills, Experience and Requirements Ideal Business Operations Analyst candidates have: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience; One to three years of relevant strategy and analytics experience in a corporate setting, telecommunications and wireless devices experience preferred; Experience with modern data warehousing and data visualization tools; Experience with relevant office applications (Google workspace suite) Salary Range Compensation: $57,400.00/Year - $82,000.00/Year Compensation and Benefits We also offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits. The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
