Job Description

Develop detailed work plans, timelines, roadmaps, schedules, and risk analysis.
Monitor progress across all teams against milestones.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, proper documentation and managing thru the stage gate process•
Drive to the successful completion of project and team metrics, including timely and cost-effective project delivery, timely invoicing, resourcing, accurate forecasting and reporting.
Apply governance to the process to track its adoption and hold team members accountable to stay with the process.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Develop all mandatory documents* to align with governance and reporting requirements.
Create reporting dashboards as needed in collaboration platforms as needed by the team or projects.
Partner with each ACE team member in executing initial and ongoing project plans, ensuring timeliness of milestones, communication support where needed, and general program management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- 5 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
- Travel Requirements: 25%

- Experience leading in a SaaS environment
