- Lead a team of Crisis and Event Managers in response to planned and unplanned business resiliency incidents which impact any CCB asset or function.
- Host executive-level meetings within CCB during incidents to capture impacts, report status, and align relevant parties.
- Partner with Global Security, Global Technology, Global Real Estate and Cybersecurity (as appropriate) during firmwide crises to disseminate critical information throughout CCB and provide CCB’s status for firmwide reporting.
- Research and monitor emerging and active incidents to determine actual and potential business impacts, including impacts to branch, operational and corporate sites, and personnel, globally.
- Maintain and execute against the CCB Business Resiliency Incident Framework and Crisis Communications Playbook.
- Support the CCB Business Resiliency testing program by facilitating simulation exercises.
- 10+ years in Business Resiliency/Continuity, Crisis Management, Project Management, and/or Process Development and Improvement
- Proven people leader with a focus on maintaining motivation, leading a high performing team, providing coaching, succession planning and driving innovation
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written channels to senior leaders in the organization
- Able to influence senior leaders and drive with a sense of urgency to ensure business readiness activities are complete
- Escalation Management - Consistently demonstrates sound judgment in knowing when/what to escalate and to whom
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
In this role, you will lead a team of Crisis and Event Managers to help drive business response during real time and planned incidents to reduce risk to employees, customers and the firm. During crisis events, you will be responsible for coordinating overall CCB response to ensure adequate services levels are maintained internally or through third party relationships. You will communicate to CCB leadership and key stakeholders on significant business-impacting issues.
