      Job Summary:

      Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for an BY/JDA Techno functional consultant candidate with 10+ years of experience.

      Location: Remote. Candidates should be in the USA.

      Duration: Full Time only - "Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship (H-1B, L-1B, L-1A, etc.).”

      This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

      Salary and Other Compensation:

      The annual salary for this position is between $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

      Job Description and Qualifications include:

      Required Modules/Functionality: BY Demand Planning, Demand 360, BY Fulfillment, BY Master Planning, BY ESP, S&OP, Inventory Optimization etc order optimization etc.

      · 10-15 years of End To End Project Management experience with at least 3 years of experience in executing SCM Projects on Blue Yonder [JDA]

      · Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Unix Scripting

      · Require Techno functional knowledge of the above modules.

      · Should have hands on experience in BY Demand, Fulfillment, Master Planning, Inventory optimization etc.

      Roles & Responsibilities

      · Gather requirements, convert Business requirements to Functional and Technical design.

      · Deliver enhancements – estimate, design, develop, test & deploy

      · Understanding of supply chain business and BY functional processes for Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP, etc.

      · Work with IT and Business Supply Chain teams to define BY Solutions.

      · Handle user queries

      · Support User Acceptance testing

      · Administration tasks like user management, data model manager etc.

      · Batch schedule change coordination as per the requirements

      · Onsite/Offshore co-ordination

      · Collaborate with integrated application teams working on SAP ECC, SAP BW and Talend Middleware

      · Domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP etc.

      · Batch schedule change coordination as per the requirements

      · Onsite/Offshore co-ordination

      · Overall Basic understanding of Supply Chain Domain – In depth understanding of any one of the following:

      · Demand, Forecast & Supply Planning(esp)

      · Inventory Planning and Optimization

      · Sales and Operations Planning

      · Integrated Business Planning

      · Collaborate with integrated application teams working on SAP ECC, SAP BW and Talend Middleware

      · Domain knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, S&OP etc.

      · Should have been a planner/planning lead in his/her past life

      · Should have super user experience.

      · Directly report into client Program Directors and manage overall project and program delivery with minimal supervision from firm

      · Define project scope and deliverables that supports business goals in collaboration with executive management

      · Develop detailed project plans and integrated schedule comprising of different work stream deliverables/ activities

      · Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.

      · Communicate with client IT & Business stakeholders on an ongoing basis

      · Work with different product vendors and maintain a healthy relationship.

      · Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers.

      · Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

      · Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

      · Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

      · Track project milestones and deliverables.

      · Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.

      · Issue status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

      · Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

      · Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

      · Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

      · Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.

      · Conduct project “lessons learned” meetings and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

      Education

      · BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience

      · Should be self-motivated, self-starter with clear communication skills who thrives working in a team environment
