- Collect, analyze, and interpret project data related to cost, schedule, scope, and quality.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track project performance.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and actual expenditures.
- Analyze schedule adherence using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Identify variances and trends, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
- Evaluate project processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing workflow data.
- Collaborate with process owners to define and track process performance indicators.
- Translate complex data into clear, concise visualizations and presentations.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, finance, and executive leadership.
- Ensure timely dissemination of performance insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, methodologies, and assumptions.
- Support data governance and compliance with organizational standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience with Capital / Construction projects required.
- 2-5 years of experience in a data analysis or project controls role.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) and project performance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall project environments.
- Knowledge of cost control systems (e.g., Deltek, SAP, Oracle).
- Certification in CAPM, PMP, or PMI-PBA is a plus.
