  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Lead multifunctional project teams, managing both plant and contractor personnel
  - Develop and execute mid-sized to large capital projects from conceptual studies to completion
  - Create detailed project documentation, including cost estimates and project schedules
  - Coordinate construction activities and oversee startup and commissioning processes
  - Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure a clean working environment
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of capital project management/engineering experience
  - Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and controls design and construction projects
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills
  - Familiarity with industry-standard project management techniques and contract management
  - Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with SAP MM and PS modules is a plus
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in leading multi-functional project teams effectively
  - Knowledge of OSHA standards, regulatory compliance, and building code requirements
  - Solid understanding of process operations within a chemical manufacturing environment
  - Ability to develop contractor work packages and manage contracts efficiently
  - U.S.A. citizenship and possession of a TWIC Card
