- Companionship - Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
- Personal care-supporting with a wash bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care.
- Medication-Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams.
- Meals Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
- Domestic tasks- light cleaning tasks.
- Mobility - Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility.
- Social activities- Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home.

Job summary
The Croft in Amersham, Buckinghamshire is looking for experienced Care Assistants to join their team. This is a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of the residents. Main duties of the job
