- Assist patients in understanding their healthcare options and available services.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and care plans using data entry skills.
- Utilise Microsoft Office and SystmOne for documentation and communication purposes.
- Manage administration tasks such as repeat prescriptions, new registrations and general enquiries. This list is not exhaustive.
- Provide administrative support to the healthcare team as needed.
- Demonstrate professionalism in all communications, both over the phone and in written correspondence.
- Strict Confidentiality is required within this role.
- We require flexibility on days & hours, which are to be agreed, but they will all require to be working up to 6.30pm.
