      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Verify job placements and achieve a verified job placement rate of 90% or greater for BSN program graduates
      - Collect and maintain graduate employment information in accordance with College and accreditation standards
      - Proactively assist graduates with job leads and placement assistance
      - Provide resources to graduates to help them overcome personal or vocational obstacles
      - Develop partnerships with local employers through networking and outreach activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in registrar, career services, or related department for a post-secondary institution
      - At least 1 year of experience providing career services or employment assistance
      - Strong communication skills to effectively relay information to various stakeholders
      - Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects or tasks simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in business development and/or sales competencies
      - Experience in inside sales and/or sales support
