Job Summary:
Responsible for build outs, installations/repairs and adjustments of facilities, furnishings and equipment in accordance with constructions standards. Must maintain a neat and professional demeanor. Must works effectively with team members and all departments.
Education:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, or trade school.

Required: Three years experience as a carpenter.

Department Position Summary:
Builds, installs, repairs, and adjusts all furnishings and equipment in the facility. Acoustical ceiling tile, vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl, carpet, new walls, installs drywall, plastering, painting, vinyl wall covering, door frames, doors and hardware, office furniture systems, rubber cove base, concrete forming and placement, installs professionally plumb level square in accordance with construction standards. Assists all departments in moving and every day maintenance of the facility. Maintains a neat and professional appearance. Works effectively with team members and all departments.About the company
