What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the Client Onboarding team with submitting all required documentation and information to insurance carriers
- Resolve eligibility concerns with the carrier to ensure proper enrollment
- Ensure customers are correctly enrolled on the employer's platform
- Provide proactive outreach to insurance carriers via phone, text, and email to expedite the onboarding process
- Collaborate with internal team members in revenue operations and support to enhance customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in an execution-based role (sales, operations, customer service)
- Strong passion for helping people, particularly regarding their health
- High productivity in completing a large volume of tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
