  Job Description

  We are seeking experienced PIT/Machine Operators with recent hands-on experience operating Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, or Ride-On Pallet Jacks. Candidates will undergo an interview with a operations manager, followed by a live PIT test. Successful operators will work in warehouse environments, which include chill and freezer areas.

  Responsibilities

  • Operate Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and Ride-On Pallet Jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work within warehouse settings, including chill environments (32–45°F) and freezer areas (-10°F).
  • Participate in a live PIT test to demonstrate operational proficiency.
  • Complete scheduled tasks punctually and professionally.
  • Contribute to a high-volume distribution environment.

  Essential Skills

  • Minimum of 3+ months of PIT experience within the last 12 months.
  • Proficiency in operating Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, or Ride-On Pallet Jacks.
  • Ability to clearly describe past companies worked for, machines operated, and dates of operation.
  • Must pass E-Verify.
  • Understanding of the purpose of interviews and PIT testing.
  • Punctuality and professional preparation.

  Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with RF scanners and manual pallet jacks is a plus.

  This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, NJ.

  Pay and Benefits

  The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
