What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure accurate and timely case documentation is provided by healthcare providers for case determinations
- Process cases and maintain clinical documentation, transmitting determinations via internal systems and phone communication
- Intake pre-authorization requests and inquiries, ensuring timely responses within established metrics
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to facilitate case discussions
- Manage fax intake and labeling as needed during weekends and holidays
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of administrative experience and/or customer service required
- Knowledge of pre-authorizations and health insurance client services preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Reliable personal transportation and ability to work in the office as required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working remotely and independently
- Familiarity with systems for program effectiveness and productivity
- Residing within 25 miles of the Atlanta office
