  Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  Pay: $17 per hour

  Job Summary

  Sweeping Corporation of America (SCA) is seeking an experienced CDL B Driver with air brake endorsement. Drivers operate either a Broom Sweeper Truck or a Dump/Follow Truck, providing dependable service to housing developments, local municipalities, and road construction sites.

  • The Broom Sweeper clears debris such as broken pavement, asphalt, concrete millings, mud, and seasonal buildup.
  • The Follow Truck tows an attenuator with an arrow board to direct traffic safely around the Sweeper.

  Responsibilities

  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on assigned vehicles.
  • Safely operate a Broom Sweeper or Dump Truck on scheduled routes.
  • Complete jobs on time while maintaining work quality.
  • Report equipment issues, near misses, or accidents promptly.
  • Exercise caution during inclement weather.
  • Perform other duties or travel overnight as required.

  Requirements

  • Valid CDL Class B with air brake endorsement
  • Clean driving record and current DOT medical card
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physically able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, kneel, and operate equipment for long periods
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
