      Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) – Skilled Nursing Facility

      We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to oversee dietary operations in our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure nutritional services meet regulatory standards while delivering high-quality meal programs that support resident health and well-being.

      Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Responsibilities:

      • Oversee dietary department operations in compliance with state and federal regulations

      • Develop and manage meal plans that meet residents’ nutritional needs

      • Ensure food safety standards and sanitation protocols are maintained

      • Supervise dietary staff and coordinate training as needed

      • Monitor inventory and manage food and supply ordering

      • Collaborate with clinical teams to address resident dietary requirements

      • Maintain documentation and reporting for compliance purposes

      Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) Qualifications:

      • Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification required

      • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

      • Knowledge of nutrition standards and dietary regulations

      • Strong leadership and organizational skills

      • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
