      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide direct care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and chronic medical conditions in a supportive environment
      - Assist individuals with all aspects of physical management, ensuring safety and compliance
      - Maintain electronic health records and documentation standards as required by the program
      - Participate in behavioral intervention training, including verbal de-escalation and physical skills techniques
      - Drive to various Horizon worksites as needed to transport clients and provide services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
      - Prior direct care experience is preferred
      - Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to Horizon worksites
      - Willingness to work modified schedules, including weekends and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with electronic health records and documentation standards
      - Familiarity with personal protective equipment and safety protocols
      - Strong communication skills and ability to effectively assist individuals in need
