      Description

      Wainwright & Associates, P.A. is seeking a skilled Collections Paralegal to support attorneys in handling collections, foreclosure, and bankruptcy matters. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven, high-volume legal environment.

      The Paralegal will play a key role in advancing cases from intake through resolution while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and consistent communication.

      Responsibilities
      • Draft and file pleadings in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters
      • Manage case files from intake through final resolution
      • Track deadlines and ensure compliance with court procedures
      • Communicate with courts, trustees, clients, and opposing counsel
      • Conduct legal research and compile supporting documentation
      • Monitor case progress, payments, and judgments

      Qualifications
      • 2+ years of certified paralegal experience preferred
      Experience in collections, foreclosures, or bankruptcy strongly preferred
      • Proficiency with state and federal e-filing systems
      • Strong written communication skills and document accuracy
      • Organized with the ability to manage high-volume caseloads
      • Self-directed and effective in a fully remote setting
