      - Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm
      - Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity
      - Proven ability to multitask and deliver quality customer service in a high-volume environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Retail sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
      - Experience with client relationship management tools, such as Salesforce
      - Familiarity with handling multiple chats simultaneously
      - Positive outlook and engaging demeanor in written communication
      - Dependable history of good attendance and punctuality
