What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer support while maintaining a positive demeanor and patience

- Accurately maintain the proprietary call center database by documenting all client interactions
- Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals set by management
- Engage effectively with clients through email and live chat, ensuring high-quality written communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a live chat environment
- Excellent data entry skills with a minimum typing speed of 45-55 wpm
- Strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and clarity
- Proven ability to multitask and deliver quality customer service in a high-volume environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Retail sales experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment
- Experience with client relationship management tools, such as Salesforce
- Familiarity with handling multiple chats simultaneously
- Positive outlook and engaging demeanor in written communication
- Dependable history of good attendance and punctuality
