- High school or relevant education
- 5 years and above of experiences in culinary
- Fluent Chinese and basic English
- Should know HACCP and follow the basic hygiene & sanitations regulation
- Has to be able to communicate well, written and orally with cast members
- Should have a good knowledge and compassion for food
- Has to complete a kitchen safety course
- To know and care about cost, consistency and food quality
- Computer Skills and able to learn new software for inventory control and ordering
- You shall obtain certificate/qualification(s) required for performing the job, and complete and pass all post-employment trainings and assessments (including but not limited to On-Job-Training
- Fully available for shifts, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Salary: your salary consists of hourly pay and your actual working hours.
- Overtime and allowances: In addition to statutory overtime (depending on your position) you may be entitled to a high temperature allowance.
- Catering subsidy: You are entitled to one free meal per day on days that you are working

A Chef de Partie in a Western / Chinese kitchen is one who cooks a specified range of soups, meat, poultry, vegetable, fish, mollusks and seafood dishes, including cold food and breakfast items, according to the requirements of the menu, recipe and guests. He/she is also in charge to manage and lead a section under their responsibility.
He / she should be willing to learn and adapt well to new challenges; be motivated and lead a small team of cooks to get along with fellow cast members.
He / she is responsible for his/her work entrusted with, lead a small team of motivated culinary staff, will be supervised by Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef; be able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment and control cost, quality and quantity.

Work Location:
You will be working at Shanghai Disney Resort in Pudong, Shanghai. You can take metro Line 11 to Shanghai Disney Resort station or take one of our many shuttle buses.
