      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Contribute to developing, documenting, reviewing, approving, and implementing new accounting policies
      - Provide oversight and approval for public company filings and SEC/regulatory filings
      - Regularly examine financial statements and ensure accuracy
      - Assist with the design and documentation of schedules and templates for SEC disclosures
      - Lead the use of technology in financial reporting and control processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 10+ years of experience in reporting/general accounting
      - 5+ years of banking/financial institution accounting experience
      - CPA Licensed
      - Bachelor's degree in accounting
      - Proven and highly effective verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - Master's degree in accounting or MBA
      - Experience in overseeing and signing off on SEC 10-K and 10-Q filings
      - Extensive Financial Institution experience
      - Strong software skills, including Excel and report-writing
