      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with families and clinicians to assess strengths, needs, and challenges of families referred to Child First
      - Identify and connect families with community-based services and supports
      - Support families in addressing urgent and long-term needs while promoting family stabilization
      - Enhance caregiver executive functioning skills in consultation with clinicians and supervisors
      - Maintain accurate documentation and track completion of assessments for clinical accountability

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional
      - Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field with 2+ years of full-time experience with the population served, or a Bachelor's degree in a non-Human Services field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of experience
      - Minimum of three years of experience working with culturally diverse families and young children preferred
      - Knowledge of early childhood development and community-based services
      - Reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance for home visits

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in home and community-based settings with diverse cultures and ethnicities
      - Ability to speak a second language (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, etc.) highly valued
      - Familiarity with computers and proficiency in Word and Excel
