What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist with planning and delivering youth programs, workshops, and camps
- Provide on-site support for events such as Summer Camp and the Northern Wisconsin State Fair
- Create and share promotional content across various platforms
- Help with volunteer coordination, recordkeeping, and outreach efforts
- Organize supplies and assist with program logistics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age to work with youth in an unsupervised capacity
- Some post-secondary education is preferred
- Demonstrated positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork
- Employment contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check
- Must be enrolled for credit at an educational institution and provide proof of enrollment

- Evidence of leadership experience in school, community, or organizational settings
- Experience in youth-related outreach education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software applications
