      Allstates Consulting Services has openings for a new construction crew in the New England Market. This is a Traveling Crew (Working in New England region with the ability to travel for up to 6 weeks when opportunities occur).
      • Civil Foreman - 1 $35 to $45 DOE
      • Civil Operator - 1 $28 to $38 DOE
      • Civil Apprentice – 1 $22 to $28 DOE
      We would like to hire experienced Wireless Civil Techs who have experience working on Crown Castle, American Tower, DISH, AT&T and T-Mobile sites. Concrete, ground rings, site maintenance, grading, gravel, fence install and repair etc...
      We would also like to see anyone who has experience doing Electric Charging station installs.


      Description
      We are looking for an experienced Civil Foreman with proven attention-to-detail and takes pride in their quality and workmanship. The foreman oversees and coordinates construction projects related to Electric Vehicle Charging stations, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms along with general landscaping. They ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
      Duties/Responsibilities
      • Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of civil laborers
      • Assigning tasks and ensuring work is completed according to the project timeline.
      • Monitoring work quality to ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
      • Perform hands-on civil construction on EV, cellular & General construction sites. Responsible for all stages of civil construction of Electric Vehicle Charging stations, Cell tower/Telecom raw lands & existing, Generators, General Trenching, Concrete installs & decoms along with general landscaping.
      • Ability to successfully layout a site & complete all aspects of the civil installation, including trenching & concrete scopes.
      • Ability to tie and place rebar cages per specifications & install equipment. Ability to saw cut & pave.
      Qualifications
      • Ability to work independently under limited supervision while supervising 1-2 co-workers.
      • Good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
      • Responsible for the company-provided vehicle, trailer, tools, equipment and supplies.
      • Must comply with and enforce company and industry safety standards at all times.
      • Proven ability to operate excavation equipment.
      Requirements:
      • Able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening, and criminal background check.
      • Acceptable driving record
      • Successfully complete DOT/Medical exam
      • Have a Class A license
      • Reliable transportation
