      Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for remote Claims Analyst jobs in Dublin, OH. These Claims Analyst jobs are long-term temporary opportunities!


      Claims Analyst jobs require candidates to follow written procedures and scripts provided, use proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, create escalations when needed, utilize documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards, meet and exceed expectations for accuracy and productivity within a professional environment.       Responsibilities for Claims Analyst jobs include but are not limited to:

      • Follows written procedures and scripts

      • Uses proprietary software tools to access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed

      • Communicates immediately to leadership all obstacles to completing work

      • Meets and exceeds departmental expectations for accuracy and productivity

      • Utilizes documented team processes to ensure compliance with departmental standards

      • Data entry and verification of information

      • Reviews and distributes reports on work assignments, escalations, and/or QA results

      • Drafts claimant facing communications based on guidance provided

      • Verifies data and processing requirements and makes corrections as necessary

      • Other projects as assigned


      Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Claims Analyst jobs:

      • GED or High School Diploma

      • Excellent attention to detail

      • Strong computer skills and ability to juggle multiple programs w/accurate file notes

      • Strong written English language skills

      • Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time

      • Demonstrated skill in analyzing data

      Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
