    • Primary Purpose:
      Facilitate the efficient operation of the curriculum department, specifically with the district federal programs and grants. Provide clerical services to personnel in the office of curriculum and instructional programs.

      Qualifications:
      Education:
      High school diploma or GED

      Special Knowledge/Skills:
      Proficient in keyboarding, 10-key numerical data entry, and file maintenance.
      Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
      Ability to use software to develop spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and do word processing.
      Ability to interpret data

      Experience:
      1-3 years clerical experience, preferably in the public-school settings

      Work with frequent interruptions; maintain emotional control under stress

      P hysical Demands/Environmental Factors:
      Prolonged sitting. Occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting
      Repetitive hand motions including frequent keyboarding and use of mouse. Occasional reaching
      May work prolonged or irregular hours
