      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for aligned Agency clients, developing trusted advisor relationships
      - Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
      - Communicate progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
      - Identify and grow opportunities within the customer base, collaborating with sales teams
      - Directly manage a team of Client Success Managers, ensuring clients' goals are exceeded

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - B.A. or B.S.; MBA preferred
      - 5+ years of experience in enterprise client services, account management, or client-facing technical project management
      - Proven record of managing and growing strategic advertiser or agency relationships
      - Strong understanding of performance marketing across ecommerce, search, and social
      - Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including executive and C-suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Skai or comparable performance marketing platforms
      - Amazon, Google, and/or Meta certifications
      - Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
