What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with teams to develop, manage, and deliver training to internal and external partners globally
- Utilize technical expertise to execute policies and strategies effectively
- Analyze business drivers to enhance team integration and performance
- Propose innovative solutions while adhering to established guidelines with some autonomy
- Provide informal guidance and support to new team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- For roles in the USA: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Maternal Fetal Medicine, OB/Gyn, and Fetal Echo
- For roles outside of the USA: Advanced experience in Services & Services Learning Delivery, equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities and project management skills
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute training programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in analyzing and resolving complex problems
- Established interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within teams
- Familiarity with training content development and delivery methods
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or medical technology environment
