      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in preparing social work interns to understand the profession’s missions, values, principles, and standards
      - Collaborate with other departments and community organizations to promote effective service delivery
      - Provide indirect services to patients and families, including phone calls for care coordination
      - Engage in direct services such as diagnostic assessment, individual therapy, and crisis intervention under supervision
      - Participate in documentation, staff meetings, and other assigned administrative tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
      - Must be enrolled in an accredited university working toward a Master’s in Social Work
      - Experience working in a behavioral health setting (1 year preferred)
      - Ability to work under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Provider
      - Strong documentation and administrative skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One or more years of experience providing indirect and direct services to patients and families
      - Experience with diagnostic assessments and therapy modalities such as family and group therapy
      - Familiarity with clinical record documentation and treatment planning
      - Previous participation in multi-disciplinary treatment teams
      - Knowledge of community resources for patient care
