      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in preparing social work interns to understand the profession’s missions, values, principles, and standards
      - Provide indirect and direct services to patients and their families under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Provider
      - Engage in documentation in clinical records and participate in staff meetings
      - Collaborate with community health and social welfare organizations to enhance service delivery
      - Manage a clinical caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
      - Must be enrolled in an accredited university working toward a Master’s in Social Work
      - Experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred
      - Ability to provide both indirect services (coordination of care) and direct services (therapy and intervention)
      - Commitment to ethical practice and client well-being

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) or more years of experience working in a behavioral health setting
      - Familiarity with diagnostic assessment and therapy techniques
      - Experience in crisis intervention and collateral intervention
      - Ability to document clinical interactions effectively
      - Participation in multi-disciplinary treatment teams
