      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in preparing social work interns to understand the profession’s missions, values, principles, and standards
      - Collaborate with various departments to build and maintain relationships with community health and social welfare organizations
      - Provide both indirect and direct services to patients and their families under the supervision of a Licensed Mental Health Provider
      - Participate in documentation, staff meetings, administrative tasks, and training as assigned
      - Manage a clinical caseload, providing individual, group, and family therapy during the second year of the internship

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field
      - Enrollment in an accredited university working toward a Master’s in Social Work
      - Ability to provide direct services such as diagnostic assessment and therapy under supervision
      - Capability to engage in patient and family phone calls to assist with care coordination
      - Experience in documentation within clinical records and participation in treatment planning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - One (1) or more years of experience working in a behavioral health setting
      - Familiarity with crisis intervention and collateral intervention techniques
      - Knowledge of agency policy and systems related to patient care
      - Experience working in multi-disciplinary treatment teams
      - Ability to manage and navigate clinical caseloads effectively
