- Building CTMS shell from start to finish for specific sites according to protocol
- Review protocols to create calendars and put patient tracking, finances and budgeting into CTMS
- Quality assurance of each CTMS to ensure system validation
- Any additional efforts deemed necessary by each site
- At least 3 years of relevant experience are required, must be able to build out the shell of CTMS Clinical Conductor from scratch
- Experience with calendar builds, finances, budget development and coverage analysis development
- Quality assurance experience
- The ability to train others in Clinical Conductor tasks and responsibilities
- Understanding of clinical trials

Clinical Conductor CTMS Specialist
*This role requires extensive experience building out the shell of Clinical Trial Management Systems within Clinical Conductor*
Job Description:
Looking to hire a remote full time individual to act as a Clinical Trial Management System Specialist to support clinical research sites with multiple ongoing clinical trials. The main job duties for this position will be building out and auditing Clinical Conductor CTMS for multiple sites, on multiple protocols.
This CTMS Specialist must be very experienced in working in and building out the systems from scratch within Clinical Conductor while working independently in a fast paced environment.
Please note, as the position and team progress, additional job duties will likely be added that are not listed in this description.

Pay range: $45-50 per hour
