What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist primary care physicians and clinical teams in delivering patient-centered care
- Coordinate daily travel itineraries and transport clinicians to appointments
- Prepare patients for examinations and treatments, including minor procedures
- Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Perform phlebotomy and other clinical procedures as requested by clinicians
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, EMT, or related training program, or 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Current CPR certification that meets company guidelines
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with EMR and GPS
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Medical Assistant
- Six months of experience in patient care, preferably in geriatric care
- Strong phlebotomy skills
- Desire and ability to obtain MA certification within 180 days of hire
