What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop multi-channel recruitment strategies for clinical trials, including digital ads and in-clinic marketing
- Identify and test new recruitment channels and partnerships to enhance participant engagement
- Collaborate with the research operations team to align recruitment plans with study timelines and goals
- Review and suggest improvements for outreach materials and patient-facing content
- Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research patient recruitment
- Proven experience in recruiting for therapeutic clinical trials
- Strong understanding of clinical research workflows and patient populations
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with field marketing in a healthcare context
- Proven ability to build and improve performance-driven patient recruitment strategies
