You are a Registered Nurse authorised to practise by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), with a strong commitment to advancing patient outcomes through evidence‑based practice and ongoing research. you will bring a proven ability to perform effectively in fast‑paced, high‑demand clinical environments while maintaining a high standard of care.Your organisational strengths allow you to work both autonomously and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless coordination and continuity of care. you are skilled in building rapport with patients and families, particularly in stressful or emotionally challenging situations, and you approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and respect.
You demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational capabilities, supported by strong attention to detail. In addition, you are proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in navigating multiple clinical databases, enabling efficient documentation and information management.
