What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and build Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements, including various fees and charges
- Coordinate with mortgage lenders to ensure accurate balancing of Closing Disclosures and obtain necessary loan documents
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with lenders for effective communication
- Ensure loan documents are accurately prepared to match title documents
- Balance financial records to ensure all incoming and outgoing funds match precisely
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of title insurance experience, specifically in building Closing Disclosures, Closing Statements, or HUD-1 Settlement Statements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and troubleshooting for accurate financial balancing
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work setting

- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address discrepancies in financial records
