- Review and audit all loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Draft closing documents and assemble complete closing packages.
- Work closely with team members and third parties to coordinate title work and ensure accurate Closing Disclosures (CDs).
- Collaborate with Loan Officers, Loan Coordinators, and Underwriters to clear final conditions.
- Troubleshoot and solve issues quickly to keep files on track and timelines intact.
- Stay up to date on guidelines, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
- Hours for this role are fairly standard and you can expect to work Monday through Friday between 8a - 5p, most days.
- Have at least 1-year experience in a mortgage operations role (processing, disclosures, or similar).
- Preferably have experienceworking with multiple loan products (FHA, Conventional, and USDA).
- Are highly organized and love administrative work with clear expectations and deadlines.
- Embrace repetition and understand that process is the path to success.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.
- Stay calm and focused when things get busy or timelines get tight.
- Can manage your own time and stay productive in a fully remote environment.
- You struggle with fine details or reviewing documents line by line.

Our Closing Specialists play a key role in the final stretch of the home loan journey. They ensure every closing document is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time while helping borrowers cross the finish line with confidence.
To be considered, candidates must have at least 1-year experience working in mortgage operations, including working with disclosures and closing documentation. Familiarity with borrower pipelines, regulatory timelines, and internal communications is essential.

Compensation & Benefits: Total compensation typically falls between $55,000 and $65,000 annually (includes hourly pay and performance incentive bonuses), with top performers exceeding $70,000.
