CNA Position Summary:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivery of personal care and minimal homemaker services (i.e. services promoting a safe and clean patient environment) to hospice patients in the home, assisted living facility, or long-term care facility. Services are provided based on Hosparus Health policies and according to the CNA plan of care (POC). The CNA also participates in the development of policies and procedures that guide the provision of hospice care.CNA Position Qualifications:
