      You must have a valid NY State or out of state driver's license to be considered for this position.

      The pay rate for this position is $19.00-$20.42 per hour, or higher depending on years of experience working in NYS OPWDD programs.

      Great opportunity for a part-time staff looking for extra hours.

      Some responsibilities include:

      • Participation in the training and supervision if the individual while incorporating the use of community resources..

      • Maintain on-going communication with the Community Habilitation Coordinator and attend scheduled meetings for discussions when necessary.

      • Implement and monitor valued outcome goal work with the Individuals.
