The College & Career Connections program (C3) will enhance the guidance and counseling landscape for Midland ISD students by equipping each student with the tools and support necessary for a successful college and career journey. The initiative aims to foster a seamless transition from high school to the myriad of post-secondary education and career opportunities available to them through Midland College and within the Permian Basin.The C3 Coach will implement C3’s work to help students successfully select, enroll in, and matriculate to dual credit and postsecondary opportunities. This position will provide relevant, timely communication to support schools in their effort to funnel students and their families to educational opportunities in higher education. This position will report to the Executive Director of C3. The C3 Coach realizes the C3 vision of increasing dual credit enrollment and post-graduation enrollment at Midland College.About the company
