      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain delinquency and mitigate losses by conducting outbound and inbound collection and customer service calls
      - Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities
      - Provide consistent and productive follow-up on delinquent accounts ranging from 5-90+ days delinquent
      - Investigate and resolve complex problems and issues generally associated with loan servicing
      - Advance win-win solutions to assist customers with payment extensions and refinance options

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - HS Diploma or GED required (some college coursework a plus)
      - Preferably two years of collections and/or servicing experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio
      - Basic understanding of finance/lending; lease servicing experience a plus
      - Working knowledge of Word and Excel
      - Strong communication and negotiation skills along with excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish
      - Energetic, flexible, empathetic, with a positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure to meet daily and monthly goals
      - Ability to master the use of web-based systems of record (LoanPro) and available skip tools (training provided)
