      COLLEGE SPORTS TERRITORY SALES MANAGER - WEST REGION

      ABOUT YOU:

      Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for sports and helping organizations celebrate success? We're looking for a College Sports Territory Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, deepen relationships with current customers, and deliver exceptional service in the College Sports market. In this role, you'll play a key part in executing our divisional business plan-helping athletic programs celebrate championships and achievements through customized recognition and award programs.
      This is a remote role and applicants must reside in WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY, CO, or NM. California is preferred.

      YOU WILL:
      • Drive New Business. Translate the divisional business plan into account-specific tactics. Develop new customer relationships, manage prospect pipelines, and drive new customer acquisition.
      • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience. Provide outstanding service and onboarding to ensure customers are satisfied with both product and experience.
      • Grow Current Accounts. Build strong, broad-based relationships with athletic departments to position Jostens as a strategic partner. Execute account-specific tactics to deepen customer engagement and expand sales opportunities.
      • Manage Territory. Conduct territory planning, track performance, and manage administrative responsibilities to ensure effective execution.
      • Represent the Brand. Attend national and local events (such as conventions and meetings) and serve as a brand ambassador for Jostens in the college sports market.
      • Collaborate Across Teams. Partner with Sales Representatives, Sales Managers, and Marketing to develop and execute customer marketing plans and share market insights.
      • Typical/expected % of overnight travel: Travel up to 70%


      YOU HAVE:
      • Education. 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
      • Experience. 3-5 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in B2B or consultative selling within the sports industry.
      • Sales Acumen. Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and manage a territory or portfolio. Strong design sensibility or familiarity with custom product development is preferred to support consultative selling of customized products.
      • Customer Focus. Demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships and deliver exceptional service. Preferred an existing network or relationships with college athletic administrators or coaches.
      • Technical Proficiency. High proficiency in internet research and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
      • Communication Skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to present effectively in one-to-one and one-to-many settings.
      • Organizational Skills. Strong organizational, time management, and territory management abilities. Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is preferred.
      • Business Acumen. Understanding of budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.
      • Sports Market Knowledge. Thorough understanding of the college sports market and landscape.
      • Ability to Balance Priorities. Proven ability to effectively manage and balance sales, service, and administrative responsibilities within a dynamic territory environment.
      • Values & Professionalism. Alignment with Jostens corporate values, competitive spirit, and passion for customers.
      • Travel & Physical Requirements. Ability to travel up to 70%, must live within 60 miles of an international airport in one of the following states: WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, UT, ID, MT, WY, CO, or NM. California preferred. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
